You are recommended to arrive in the airport by 50 minutes of departure considering busy situation in the airport (group passenger: 1 hour before departure)
- A search for prohibited carry-on and hazardous items is proceeded.
- Check-in and scanning can be delayed at weekend and peak seasons.
- Please complete the immigration screening and stand-by at the appropriate boarding gate before the departure time.

- Once you purchase your light ticket, an e-ticket will be automatically issued.
- Print the Purchase Confirmation from [my page] and present it to the T'way staff, together with your identification, for a more convenient check-in.
- Most of countries require your passport to be valid for 6 month or longer as of the date when you start your travel.
- Some countries do not recognize a passport that does not bear the signature of its holder. Please make sure you have appropriately signed your passport.
- Please check the restrictions related to VISA, passport expiration date, etc. applicable to the country you are entering and appropriately prepare for your travel, such as reservation, ticketing, etc.
In the event of damage to your passport, sanctions may be imposed such as refusal of entry, departure, imposition of fine, or repatriation and your check-in procedure may be refused.

check-in procedure
- We recommend you to arrive at the airport no later than 2 hours before your departure time, considering the crowdedness at the airport. (In case of Incheon International Airport, no later than 3 hours before.)

Customers who need to report their military service, quarantine and customs before leaving the country should report to their respective agencies in advance.
- The security screening officers will search for the goods not allowed inside the cabin or dangerous goods
- During weekends and peak seasons, the check-in process and security screening can take longer because of increased number of travelers.
(The peak hours at security screening areas in Incheon International Airport : 08:30~11:00, 17:00~19:00)

A traveler must possess a valid passport and make sure he/she has a valid VISAs from the country(ies) that he/she is traveling to or passing through.
- Once you pass the immigration screening and enter the duty-free area, you cannot withdraw cash (because the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act prohibits from installing automatic teller machines in duty-free areas). You are recommended to make all preparations, including withdrawing cash, before the immigration screening.
- At the Incheon Airport Branch, after undergoing the immigration screening, when returning from the general area from the duty-free area, a fee will apply. For details, please ask onsite airport employee.

- We cannot provide transfer support when connecting to other airlines due to our regulations. We provide paid services on the day only in case of unavoidable reasons (such as not being able to enter the transit area)..
- This service may not be available depending on the airport situation.
- This service is a simple help service to make transfers possible. If the connecting flight of the other airline is not available due to other reasons, the passenger must directly check the replacement flight and move to the final destination at the expense of the user
