[Online Check-in] Online Check-in QR code has not been saved. Can it be reissued?
- If you did not save your Online Check-in QR code, you will need to either re-check in on the web or request a reissue at the airport counter.
[Flight ticket] I would like to extend the payment time limit for group tickets.
- It is impossible to extend the time limit for payment. If the payment is not made within the time limit, the booking is canceled automatically. In this case, the booking procedures need to be followed right from the beginning. Since the seat sales status may change at any time, the fare may be different when you rebook the service.

[During the Flight] When I buy things onboard, I always wonder why the card letters are checked after 3 days.
- Due to the nature of the cabin, payment is not made immediately, and further approval is required in the ground. This process may take up to 3 days.

- You can apply for and obtain an official certificate from the relevant bank site.
[Flight ticket] What is the counter closing time?
- Check-in related Domestic 1. Start of check-in : 1 hour and 30 minutes before departure 2. Deadline of check-in : 30 minutes prior to flight departure ○ International flights 1. [Flight ticket] When I have to cancel my flight inevitably after Online Check-in, what should I do?
- Cancellation of Online Check-in service of domestic flight is possible up to only 30 minutes before departure Cancellation of Online Check-in service of international flight is possible up to only 1 hours before departure. 1) A booking for Online Check-in may be canceled directly at the homepage. Once a check-in service is canceled, the air ticket cancellation or direct refund is possible. 2) Contact an employee at the check-in counter at the departure section or visit the reservation center (1688-8686) for more instructions.

[Online Check-in] Online Check-in QR code has not been saved. Can it be reissued?
- If you did not save your Online Check-in QR code, you will need to either re-check in on the web or request a reissue at the airport counter.

- T-Way Air's Lost and Found Center obtains and keeps the things you lost onboard. Since items found onboard are often obtained at the destination airport, you'd better try to fine them based on the destination airport. Important items such as passport / ID cards with personal details and cash will be handed over to the Airport Police. Goods exceeding the duty exemption range are handed over to customs. [Baggage] I want to take my bike. Do I need to pack my bicycle?
- Since wheels, frames, and handles can be bent, and so be sure to remove the pedal, secure the handle, and pack it in a cardboard box. You should remind that sports equipment with a weight / sideways of 32 kg / 203 cm or more is not accepted as baggage.

- Sprays that are sprayed on the human body is not allowed to be on board and be consigned, but non-combustible one is allowed.

[At the Airport] Wheelchair is available onboard for passengers with uncomfortable mobility?
- It is difficult to use wheelchairs on board of all routes due to differences of boarding rules depending on aircrafe model. (Guam and Saipan routes allows it). Please contact customer service center to know if it is allowed.
[At the Airport] Can I pay for a new booking for a ticket or paid service at the overseas airport counter with a card or Korean currency KRW?
- If you have a card that is available overseas, you can pay by that card, but you can use the local currency if you want to pay in cash.
[At the Airport] I will transfer to another airline after using Tiwi Airlines. Is transfer service available?
- We cannot provide transfer support when connecting to other airlines due to our regulations. We provide paid services on the day only in case of unavoidable reasons (such as not being able to enter the transit area).. This service may not be available depending on the airport situation. This service is a simple help service to make transfers possible. - Emergency seat is not available if you are accompanied by a child or infant because you must help escape with your flight attendant in case of emergency.

- If you have more than 3 days prior to your return flight, you can pre-order meals by filling out the pre-order form onboard.

- If you lost something on board, please notify your flight attendant or ground crew of it and register lost items on board. You'd better check the bulletin board as the lost itens will be posted on the Lost & Found Center of website of T-Way Air. If you lost your goods at an airport other than the cabin, it is quick and accurate to contact the Lost and Found Center at the airport.
[During the Flight] T’shop and onboard duty-free items are also available to the ticket of chartered flight.
- However, electronic devices may be used in flying mode. Chartered flights can be purchased on duty-free routes. (Duty-free goods are not allowed in floowing routes: TW281-TW282, TW311-312,International flights departing from Cheju, Muan, Busan)

[Additional Service ] Until when can I use the Time Hold / Pay Later service?
- It can be used up until 7 days prior to a domestic flight and 14 days prior to an international flight based on the departure date.

- The Time Hold / Pay Later service can be used a maximum of two times a day (2 reservations) per membership ID (person making the reservation). The Time Hold / Pay Later service can only be used once for one reservation number.
[Additional Service ] When using the Time Hold / Pay Later service, what happens if I use a different credit card to pay for the service from the one I used to pay for the plane tickets?
- You can use different credit cards to pay for the service and the tickets.
[Additional Service ] Can the Time Hold / Pay Later service fee be subtracted from the final plane fare?
- The Time Hold / Pay Later service fee is not subtracted from the final plane fare because the fee is intended to cover the use of the service.
[Additional Service ] Is it possible to receive a refund for the Time Hold / Pay Later service?
- You cannot receive a refund for the service fee once it is paid. However, if the itinerary changes according to the circumstances of T'Way Air while using the service, you can be refunded the service fee.
