Ski Resort Guidelines & Safety Instructions
- The promotion is valid from 6st December, 2025, and may end early on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The boarding period is different for each route, so please check the different schedule beforehand.
- The total airfares may vary depending on the exchange rate at the time of reservation.
- If you cancel a reservation made using a coupon, you cannot restore the coupon. (For both flight tickets and baggage coupons)
- Please make sure to check the relevant regulations as there may be a commission fee if you cancel the flight ticket. The promotion details are subject to change and can be terminated early without prior notice, depending on our circumstances
- Reservations can only be made through our website, mobile web (m.twayair.com), and mobile app.
- Passengers who have not boarded without cancellation of reservation before departure after booking an international flight ticket will be charged a fee according to the international flight ticket regulations, so please check the No Show fee guide before making a reservation. (Excluding the same fee for adults/children, and the fee for infants)
