[Online Check-in] Online Check-in QR code has not been saved. Can it be reissued?
- If you did not save your Online Check-in QR code, you will need to either re-check in on the web or request a reissue at the airport counter.
[Flight ticket] I would like to extend the payment time limit for group tickets.
- It is impossible to extend the time limit for payment. If the payment is not made within the time limit, the booking is canceled automatically. [During the Flight] When I buy things onboard, I always wonder why the card letters are checked after 3 days.
- Due to the nature of the cabin, payment is not made immediately, and further approval is required in the ground. This process may take up to 3 days.

[Flight ticket] When I have to cancel my flight inevitably after Online Check-in, what should I do?
- Cancellation of Online Check-in service of domestic flight is possible up to only 30 minutes before departure Cancellation of Online Check-in service of international flight is possible up to only 1 hours before departure. 1) A booking for Online Check-in may be canceled directly at the homepage. Once a check-in service is canceled, the air ticket cancellation or direct refund is possible. 2) Contact an employee at the check-in counter at the departure section or visit the reservation center (1688-8686) for more instructions.

- It is difficult to use wheelchairs on board of all routes due to differences of boarding rules depending on aircrafe model. (Guam and Saipan routes allows it). Please contact customer service center to know if it is allowed.
[At the Airport] Can I pay for a new booking for a ticket or paid service at the overseas airport counter with a card or Korean currency KRW?
- If you have a card that is available overseas, you can pay by that card, but you can use the local currency if you want to pay in cash.
[At the Airport] I will transfer to another airline after using Tiwi Airlines. Is transfer service available?
- We cannot provide transfer support when connecting to other airlines due to our regulations. We provide paid services on the day only in case of unavoidable reasons (such as not being able to enter the transit area).. This service may not be available depending on the airport situation. This service is a simple help service to make transfers possible. - The Time Hold / Pay Later service can be used a maximum of two times a day (2 reservations) per membership ID (person making the reservation). The Time Hold / Pay Later service can only be used once for one reservation number.
[Additional Service ] When using the Time Hold / Pay Later service, what happens if I use a different credit card to pay for the service from the one I used to pay for the plane tickets?
- You can use different credit cards to pay for the service and the tickets.
[Additional Service ] Can the Time Hold / Pay Later service fee be subtracted from the final plane fare?
- The Time Hold / Pay Later service fee is not subtracted from the final plane fare because the fee is intended to cover the use of the service.
