Go to Terminal 1 Arrival Hall Coach Bay B/C, or Terminal 4 Coach Bay 7/8 and
find the TS1 bus.

Show the E-ticket to the
driver and board the bus.

[ E-ticket Redemption ]
- This shuttle is for non-Singapore residents only.
- T'way Air Singapore-Incheon/Jeju round-trip ticket reservation only allows you to receive a two-way shuttle bus ticket.
- If you need a round-trip TS1 shuttle bus ticket, please check both directions.
- You must submit the application form at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure/arrival time of Changi Airport.
- Passengers are advised to wait at the pick-up point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- All times are approximate, and the schedules and routes are subject to change without notice due to traffic conditions, especially at respective Customs.
- You may contact Transtar Travel at +65 6297 9009 or TS1@transtar.travel to confirm your preferred departure time at least 24 hours prior to departure to avoid any delay. For more information, please approach Transtar Travel's counter (daily operating hours: 8:15 AM–5:00 PM) located at the Arrival Hall of Terminal 1 (#01-K2), or at any of the Information Counters located at the arrival halls.

- ③ Enter flight ticket time and flight number
- ④ Enter passenger's name
- ⑤ Residence (Non-Singapore resident only)
- ⑥ E-ticket receipt Email address
- ⑦ Ticket reservation number and e-ticket attached
